Who we are
My brother, Dana Brodsack, founded and created Sack’s Ice Cream in 1988 after retiring from Greyhound Bus Lines. He built a variety of trucks for the Business. His fleet ranged from 1974-1979 Step Vans. A nostalgia filled experience for everyone. Dana’s life was filled with bringing Joy to children and adults in the state of Iowa for almost 4 decades. Dana gave me a truck to continue his legacy in 2019. He was Diagnosed with Terminal Cancer and passed away in 2024. I have been operating in Saint Joseph, MO and the surrounding areas. We are dedicated to bringing the joy of the Ice Cream Truck to every street corner!
